It was just a solid selection for an overnight stay in Charlotte with incredible value for money. My housekeeper was really attentive, always checking if we needed anything. Make sure to ask about the available amenities when you check in.

The comfortable beds facilitated a restful night, but the pool was disappointingly small.

missingWrote a review on Aug 19great servicecomfortable amenitiesdated decor
The service where they let you park your car while you fly is amazing, and the shuttle drivers were super nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed relaxing by the indoor pool and spa after a long travel day. Just a heads up, the decor felt a bit dated, but it didn’t take away from my overall enjoyment! 😊

Had a fantastic stay with my friends! We caught a game at the Bank of America Stadium and enjoyed the outdoor pool at the hotel. The service was great and convenient with the shuttle. Just a heads up, parking was affordable and they had good WiFi. You'll have a solid experience here!
The food at the restaurant was pretty average. We were hoping for something better, but it just didn't hit the mark.

missingWrote a review on Aug 05convenient locationairy atriumdated facilities
The location is super convenient, just a hop away from the airport, making it a good pitstop if you’re in a hurry. The concourse boasts an airy atrium that gives it a decent vibe, cutting the stuffy hotel feel some others hold onto.
However, the property feels quite aged, with a need for some serious updates. I ran into issues like peeling paint in the room and a slow tub drain, not exactly what I signed up for. The in-house dining experience left much to be desired. the food was subpar, with less variety than I’d hope for, particularly in the breakfast spread. Also, if you’re planning to catch something interesting nearby, don't expect much in terms of coordinated info or assistance at check-in—instead, you're just handed the key and wished luck. Lastly, the elevator service was maddeningly slow, leaving you to stand around longer than desirable.

Family-friendly stop with some hiccups
The free transportation to and from the airport was very nice and the driver was super nice. I am in a wheelchair and he carried all of our luggage all the way into the room while my husband wheeled me in the wheelchair.
It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Jul 04beautifully furnished roomfantastic buffet breakfastshaky check-in processoutdated décorlimited modern amenities
The stay included a spacious and beautifully furnished Traditional King Room, complemented by luxurious towels and an impressively clean environment. The staff made transportation to the airport seamless, and the buffet breakfast offered fantastic options, including freshly squeezed juice. However, the initial check-in process could be improved, and the décor feels somewhat dated upon first impression.
