The room was clean and had a comfortable King bed plus complimentary beverages; the breakfast had a great variety of options available.

The venue was clean. The staff were excellent and efficient. The location was marvellous and unbeatable. The hotel is not far from quick stops if need be. Charlotte and the surrounding area are easily accessible.

The property has a great location, just next door to Charlotte due to a flight being cancelled and the business center and quick stops if need be.

We have booked a double room with overall nice facilities. The setting was favourable, right by the business center and airport and quick stops. The in-house restaurant served a great selection of fine food. Nothing too much trouble, the hotel met expectation.

The double room here is modern and the bathroom is really nice. The location is awesome, and they serve an amazing breakfast. Plus, it's just a 15-minute drive away from Queen Charlotte Statue! 🌟

I stayed two nights. I did not get any sleep. The hotel is too noisey, Children running and playing in the hallway. The adjacent room you can hear complete conversations.

The rooms at this hotel were clean and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The lobby of the hotel was beautifully decorated and provided plenty of seating areas to relax or have business meetings. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a Starbucks coffee in the room and a fridge to store our drinks and snacks. The shuttle service was prompt and convenient for getting around the area.

The internet at the hotel was a bit sketchy, which was a minor inconvenience. However, this may not be the fault of the hotel.

Late Dinner at bar was accommodating. Large portions on meal.

Room was damp & moldy. Too late at night to relocate the room. Printer in business center did not function.
